Work Locations

HARC Archives (Main Office)

  • Home to the Center's administration offices 
  • Houses the primary Archives Office, where student workers clock in, receive assignments, and access the stacks.

Stacks: These are the high-demand archival collections most frequently requested by researchers. Proper handling, security, and documentation are essential.

Timekeeping & Attendance

All student workers and interns will keep track of their hours. 

Remote work is assigned and approved by the Archivist. 

Paperwork & Training

  • Complete Saint Mary's College required pqaperwork and have an Archivist approve. 
  • Complete reviewing of all HARC Archival process assigned. 

Assignments & Scheduling

  • Meet with the Archivist before beginning work to receive assignments and training schedules.
  • Provide your personal schedule to the Archivist before your first day.
  • Interns must ensure their faculty advisor contacts the Archivist to complete paperwork and verify credit requirements.

Expectations

  • Respect the materials, researchers, and staff.
  • Communicate changes, updates, or requests promptly.
  • Follow preservation and processing standards.
  • Always represent the Center professionally.
